A separate agreement will be signed between DMTC and the Client and will include:
- Facilitation of services and deliverables
- Obligations of all parties involved
- Fees & payment processes
- Limitations & prohibitions
- Intellectual property
- Rights of use
- Third party (rights and services)
- Publicity
- Waivers
- Notices
- Force Majeure
- Termination of contract
- Applicable laws and jurisdictions
Terms and conditions are applicable to all items within the following service areas:
- Consultancy
- Training and Development
- Recruitment
- Events
